Stir in the thyme, then set aside to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 24 hours. - Heat the oil on a frying pan over a medium heat.Add the sausages and brown all over for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- Add the lard or beef fat and place over a high heat on the hop. Once the fat is really hot add browned sausages.
